When deciding to purchase a home in a Homeowners Association, it is imperative that prospective owners are fully aware of what that entails.  The Application to Purchase a Home form, makes sure that a prospective owner is aware of the Governing Documents and the Rules and Regulations of the Association.

An owner wishing to lease his or her home must assure that a Rental Application form and a Background Check Form is completed and submitted to the Property Management company at least 20 days prior to the proposed start of the lease.

If a tenant is a seasonal renter who has rented in the year prior, the owner must assure that a Consecutive Years Returning Seasonal Rental Application is completed and submitted to the Property Management company at least 20 days prior to the proposed start of the lease.

Owners wishing to make changes to the exterior of their homes, must complete an Architectural Request Form for review by the Architectural Committee and the Board of Directors.  For painting of the exterior of the home (please check your home color here), an Architectural Request form for Painting. // For SELF-PAINTING use this form and Submit the completed form to the Property Management company for processing. For Landscaping changes please use this form.
