Welcome to our community! Avian Place is one of three communities within Province Park. It is located in a gated community and consists of homes described as attached villas. Although separate, villas share an adjoining wall. Lawncare and landscaping services are provided along with a community clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and a fitness room. Golf carts are also available for residents to use at the golf course that adjoins our property. As a resident of Avian Place, you are governed by the covenants and deed restrictions of two communities: Avian Place and Province Park. Province Park is our master association that governs the entire community, which includes the villas in Avian Place and the condominiums in Province Park and Greens Edge.

Professional property management is provided by Schoo Association Management LLC. with an on-site staff person throughout the year. Quarterly fees include all amenities and maintenance of all common areas.
